  • Player data (name, date of birth, age category)

Via analytics tools (website)

  • Pages visited, session duration
  • Browser and device type

3. Purposes of Processing

Responding to your enquiries – processing your message submitted via the contact form.

Providing the Footly service – managing clubs, teams, call-ups, matches and communication.

Improving the app – anonymised analysis of behaviour to optimise the user experience.

Ensuring security – protection against unauthorised access and fraud prevention.

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Performance of a contract – for the provision of the Footly service.
  • Your consent – for sending communications and analytics cookies.
  • Our legitimate interest – for improving the service and ensuring security.

5. Retention Period

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for its purpose:

  • Active account data: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years
  • Contact data (form): 3 years maximum
  • Anonymised analytics data: 25 months maximum

6. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with the following technical service providers as part of delivering the service:

  • Hosting provider (Hostinger) – server infrastructure
  • Google Analytics – audience analysis (anonymised data)
  • PostHog – product analytics (pseudonymised data)

These providers act as data processors and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
